PEDER PILI STRAND

This Co-Living/Co-working project is placed in El Poblenou in Barcelona. It is a structure containing long term co-living apartments, short term rent bedrooms, co-work office space and commercial space for rent. The complex is a continuation of the urban street where the narrowness brings you close to the people working on street level. The compact and deconstructed complex is ment to create a social life between the residents and the workers. The floor plan is designed as an urban landscape containing narow streets, corners and courtyards. The complex reveals it self both horizontaly and vericaly as you move through it.
